o meu quando entra na pagina de downlods do explorer e eu clico em abrir n abre

o meu apresenta este erro " o programa nao pode ser iniciado porque esta faltando msvcr100.dll no seu computador " oq eu faço?

Vejá isso aqui pois nao vai tirar so o erro de DLL mais sim de todas que voce necessita para o bom funcionalmento de seus programas e cheat(etcs)
